Delivery/Set Up
If you’ve booked this with a cocktail party, we’ll have everything set up and ready one hour before your start time.

Setup and delivery are FREE within our standard service areas, including Seminyak, Kerobokan, Legian, Umalas, and Canggu (Batu Bolong and Berawa).

For deliveries and setup in Sanur, Jimbaran Bay, Pererenan, Mengwi, Seseh, and Echo Beach, a surcharge of $15 AUD applies.

For decoration setups in Uluwatu (up to and including Padang Padang Beach), a surcharge of $20 AUD applies.

Please ensure you select the correct delivery area when booking. If an incorrect area is selected, you will be required to pay the applicable surcharge before your booking can proceed. If your location falls outside our service zone, your booking will be refunded.

Considerations
Please be mindful that it’s best to have your setup arranged as close as possible to your event time, as the heat and conditions in Bali can mean that gas filled balloons may not last as long as they would in other climates.
